Frederic Fekkai's newest Salon is in Highland Park Village is looking for a Salon Manager!
If you have experience in a salon, spa or hospitality environment or a high end/luxury goods retailer we would love to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have experience managing a business and motivating Stylists, Colorists and the entire salon team. Experience achieving service and retail sales goals while insuring the highest level of customer service is imperative.
The Salon Manager must be able to find a balance between the administrative duties of the position and the time spent on the floor. Strong, positive communication, interpersonal and motivational skills are a must. Individual must be able to work retail hours including weekends.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Driving business and managing P&L -Motivating and incentivizing staff to achieve goals (both service and retail) -Building strong relationships with both clients and staff -Insuring impeccable service for our clients -Initiating opportunities to improve the service experience -Interviewing candidates
