Position

The incumbent is responsible for supporting all functions of the hotel's public relations efforts to help build, maintain and enhance the awareness and profile of the hotel and the Group in the Americas and in key international markets; and to represent and protect the image & reputation of the hotel and the Group in all media outlets.
The incumbent is also responsible for assisting Director of Communications with all Marketing activities.
Required Skills
& Experience Must have a minimum of two years of public relations experience (writing, pitching, report-generating). Strong knowledge of the public relations field, specifically media relations and excellent communications skills - written and verbal, in English and Spanish required. Must hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Must be very computer literate (intermediate-to-advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and very Internet savvy (knowledgeable of various online tools & resources communications, public relations, hospitality, marketing).
