Loews Annapolis Hotel is a 216 room, upscale four diamond Hotel in Historic Annapolis. We are currently recruiting for a part time Night Audit Clerk to assist during the overnight shift.
Night Audit clerks ensure that the Hotel front office and cashiering responsibilities are followed and that all daily work is balanced. Additionally, the Night Audit clerk handles front desk agent duties during the third shift which may include taking overnight room service orders, answering incoming calls. registering guests, reconciling guest bills and handling guest requests and concerns during the overnight.
This position would be scheduled from the 11am - 7pm shift two to three shifts per week, which could include nights, weekends and holidays - it is an excellent way to earn extra money! Other team members working the third shift with Night Audit include, security, overnight room service, overnight Valet and in some case, the Overnight Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have previous hotel night audit experience in an upscale hotel property of similar size, but this is not required. Previous accounting experience and/or upscale customer service skills are preferred for this position.
He or she must be friendly, efficient, work well autonomously, be detailed oriented and organized and work well under pressure when necessary. Additionally, strong computer skills and math skills are required. Dependability is a must, as are excellent written and oral communication skills and follow through.
