Job Description To supervise and manage all food service outlets and serving staff in the Killington Grand Hotel. Associate's degree in hotel & restaurant management, business or other appropriate field, plus three to five years of relevant food and beverage operations and supervisory experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Must have a broad base of knowledge and skills in food outlet operations, including quality service, cooking and food preparation operation and management. Good supervisory/personnel management skills; previous supervisory experience required. FT-year round position with Group I Benefits including medical, dental, vacation, 401(k) and great resort privileges.
