Job Description
Responsible for the generation and enhancement of revenue as well as general spa operations of The Spa at Omni Resort at ChampionsGate, salon and retail store. Revenue generation and enhancement includes such vital strategies as : Column Management, Promotions, Incentives, and Targets. Act as a liasion to and maintain communication between Spa Director and Staff. Requirements: Assist in all departments within the Spa to ensure that related operations run smoothly and effectively. Effectively communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, customer service standards, and company policies/guidelines. Assist with attaining the established daily and weekly targets as a direct reflection of, and in association with, the annual resort budget. Oversee salon standards, conduct daily walk-through and initiate maintinance repairs as needed. Excellent listening, orla and written communication.
