Job Description responsible for the management of all aspects of Noe and Lounge facilities, in accordance with Hotel standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective staff.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
2) 3 to 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager at a 4-Star, high volume restaurant stand alone or hotel restaurant
3) Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
4) Ability to provide legible communication.
5) Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
6) Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
7) Knowledge of Micros P.O.S. system, Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
