Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Provide leadership to the Human Resources team in the areas of recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and development, EEO/Affirmative Action and Workers' Compensation. Provide coaching and counseling to managers regarding team member issues. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Candidates must be a current Director, Human Resources at a hotel,with 3 years of experience as a Director. Must have a thorough knowledge of all areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to: staffing, compensation/salary/administration, EEO/Affirmative Action, benefits, Workers' Compensation, employee relations, training & development and human resource administration. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing support and assistance to the team.
