Job Description
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- POSITION SUMMARY: Responisbilities include: - Report and communicate directly with the Executive Chef - Ability to create and execute comtemporary menus -Great leadership skills to manage a staff of approximately 15 people -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Culinary Degree - 3 to 5 years experience in California and Mediterranean cuisine fine dining - Kitchen Managerial experience -Hotel and Restaurant experience preferred. MUST THE APPLICANTS SUPPLY THEIR OWN WORK PERMIT? Yes LOCAL HIRE? Only local candidates will be considered.
